Village Hall
Following an approach from the trustees of the Village Hall,
the Parish Council are now Custodian Trustees. The Deed
of Appointment was signed at the Parish Council meeting on
12th June 2002.
Council Precept
The Parish Council precept for 2007/2008 has been set at £26,577 - the same as in the last three years. This equates to £7.01 for a band D household.
This is collected by Tandridge District Council as part of the overall Council Tax. The total Council Tax payable for a band D household in Warlingham is £1,361.56. This is made up of £1009.62 for Surrey County Council, £171.27 for the Police Authority, £173.66 for Tandridge District Council, and £7.01 for Warlingham Parish Council.

Common Land
The common land at the east of the parish, is now owned by
Warlingham Parish Council. The common land was purchased by
Chelsham & Farleigh some years ago as a package including
Bull Common. Now Warlingham has its own Parish Council, Chelsham
and Farleigh felt it appropriate to offer for sale to Warlingham
PC the parts of the common land that lie within Warlingham.
Parish Plan
The Council are producing a Parish Plan. This is a Countryside
Agency backed initiative to consult the parishioners about
their vision and needs for the future of their communities.
Following public meetings, questionnaires and consultations

There is a Public Meeting at the Village Hall on 30th January at 7.30 pm to discuss the final draft.
