You need JavaScript enabled to view it Councillor Profile: Simon Morrow has lived in Warlingham with his wife Sarah and two children (now adults living elsewhere) since 1988 and has been a parish councillor representing Warlingham West since 2004. He is also a Tandridge District Councillor representing Warlingham East, Chelsham and Farleigh, which he has done for almost 16 years (1990 to 1998, and 2002 to date) as a Liberal Democrat representative. In the past he has served as Deputy Leader and Finance Spokesman of the LibDem Group, and is now its Chair and spokesman on Planning. A banker and project manager by profession, Simon works as a programme manager for HSBC at its Canary Wharf headquarters. He is a member and past churchwarden of All Saints' Church, and his main outside interests are choral singing, cricket and politics. He attends the theatre and concerts when his busy schedule allows.
