You need JavaScript enabled to view it Councillor Profile: Ray James has lived in Warlingham for over thirty years with his wife Moira, bringing up two children, now with families of their own. An architect by profession, he was until recently managing director of an Architectural Practice based in Croydon, and continues as a part time Consultant to this Practice. Ray is active in several Warlingham and community / charitable organisations including The Village Hall, All Saints Church and Rotary, with leisure interests encompassing music, art and sport. He serves on the Parish Council Planning Subcommittee and has special responsibility for the Development Guidelines Project.
