He has contributed to the Parish by helping to produce the Warlingham Parish Plan, helping design and arrange for new Village Signs to be put up. Philip is currently promoting the production of a Warlingham Walks map. He is an member of the Parish Council's Planning Sub Committee that considers and comments to Tandridge District Council on all town planning applications in Warlingham. For this he draws on his professional skills as a local Chartered Surveyor and businessman. Philip lives in Redvers Road with his wife, Isabelle, and plays an active role in a variety of local social and voluntary organisations.
